My pet is and will remain current on all vaccinations for the duration of their stay.  For longer stays during which vaccinations will become due, I authorize Rancho Relaxo to arrange for all necessary boosters to be administered as appropriate.  Refer to point 6 below.

• Cats – Rabies, PFV, FHV-1, and FCV vaccinations (also known as Tricat Trio)
• Dogs – Rabies, DHPPL, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).

All first vaccinations including boosters must be valid, and Bordetella has been completed a minimum of 21 days before check-in.

I understand that even with a current kennel cough vaccine (Bordetella there remains a chance that my dog could still contract kennel cough or any other contagious diseases).

A 50% deposit is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice, to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due at the time of check-in.

For any cancellation within one month or less before check-in, funds will be transferred to a future stay.

Any cancellation within two weeks or less before check-in, funds are non-refundable.

Any transfer of dates within two weeks or less before check-in is subject to availability and funds may only be transferred at the discretion of Rancho Relaxo, where the original dates can be offered to a wait-listing client.

Any deviation from the payment and refund policy is at the discretion of Rancho Relaxo.

Any additional costs arising during my pet’s stay, e.g., extended stay, vet fees, additional food, damage, etc., will be invoiced and paid at least 24 hours before the time of checkout.

I note that it is preferred that all pets aged 12 months & above be spayed/neutered and that Rancho Relaxo has the right to refuse boarding to any un-neutered male or female pet.

If my pet is female and is not spayed, I understand I MUST tell the Rancho Relaxo when her season is expected, (boarding may be refused of any un-neutered female whose season is expected).

Should my female pet have an unexpected pregnancy I accept full liability and accept that Rancho Relaxo will not be held responsible in any way.

All pets must have a current external and internal parasite treatment which has been recorded in their vaccination book.  In the absence of current external and internal parasite treatments, or if they are due during my pet’s stay, Rancho Relaxo will apply any required treatments at a cost (to me) of AED75 per treatment.  Otherwise, I can supply the necessary products and the boarding facility staff will apply them free of charge.

I am responsible for leaving an adequate supply of food and/or medications for the entire period of my pet’s stay. Should there be a need for any additional food/medicine I authorize Rancho Relaxo to purchase on my behalf and agree to reimburse any expenses incurred.

I authorize Rancho Relaxo to arrange any necessary emergency veterinary care and accept any costs associated with transportation and treatment of such.  Should my preferred vet be unavailable I authorize Rancho Relaxo to engage the services of an alternative vet of their choice.

If I or my emergency contact cannot be reached promptly, I authorize Rancho Relaxo to approve medical/emergency care as recommended by a veterinarian and accept that the attending vet’s recommendation will be final. I will reimburse Rancho Relaxo for any expenses incurred.

In the event of a minor injury (e.g., an ear bite or small puncture wound) or illness (e.g. vomiting, diarrhea) I agree for Rancho Relaxo to handle this without contacting me or my emergency contact.    Rancho Relaxo will make me aware of any medical conditions promptly. I will reimburse Rancho Relaxo for any expenses incurred.

I am liable for any damage caused by my pet to its enclosure, bed, or other property at Rancho Relaxo. I will pay reasonable costs for any damage caused.

I may leave my pet’s bedding, toys, bowls, etc., for use with my pet(s) during their stay, and whilst Rancho Relaxo will endeavor to take good care of any such personal items I will not hold them liable for any loss or damage that may occur to these items.

Should I fail to collect my pet within 5 days of the agreed departure date I authorize Rancho Relaxo to remove my pet from their care by any method they deem appropriate. I understand and agree that I remain responsible for any outstanding costs relating to the care or removal of my pet.

I recognize that despite all possible precautionary measures, there are risks to myself and others and my pet and the pets and property of others in a boarding environment. I further recognize that the boarding facilities Rancho Relaxo partners with allow dogs frequent access to their large outdoor area to play and exercise and, whilst such access is supervised, I accept the risks and dangers inherent within dog parks e.g. physical strain, dog fights, dog bites, dog escape over and under fences, exposure to burrs or seeds that may become lodged in the dog’s coat, feet, eyes, nose or ears, and mosquitoes, ticks, mites, fleas or other insects and wildlife that might be found in the UAE such as snakes, scorpions, spiders, etc.

I hereby release Rancho Relaxo, its officers, employees, agents, and the landowner, from any responsibility or liability for injuries or damages to myself or my dog due to my dog’s use of, or participation in activities at the boarding facility my pets are residing at.

I agree to indemnify Rancho Relaxo, its officers, employees, agents, and the landowner from and against all loss, cost, damages, expense, and liability including death, personal injury or disease, and damage to real or personal property resulting from (1) my negligent acts; (2) the acts or behavior of my pet, and (3) injury that may occur to me or my pet or my property as a result of the acts, conduct or behavior of other users of the boarding facility, including other pets.
