    Our prices include feeding with Royal Canin (dogs & cats only). However, we recommend your pet remains on its current diet/food type. Please provide us with sufficient quantity to last their entire stay if you don't wish to feed Royal Canin

    Vaccination Records (THESE ARE MANDATORY)
    Dogs - Rabies, DHPPiL, Kennel Cough (21 days before the check-in of your pet). Cats - Rabies, FPV, FHV-1, FCV (also known as Tri-Cat)

    Name of your Veterinary Practice
    Should your pet needs to visit a vet during stay, we will endeavor to visit your own vet. If this isn't possible we will book your pet at Blue Oasis Veterinary Clinic
